It's time I wrote to all my faithful friends, who have been supporting me and making me stay on and do more. I'd like to think I've been drawing all my life, at some points more than some others of course. I've doodled since I was a kid. I've had to take different paths since then, academically and career wise, but I'd still like to think I've drawn when I could whichever held my fancy at the time.
My first muse was elephants, I think. I've had a period of fascination with them and probably triggered by the fact that I live in a country where there are elephants still in the forests. I've moved on dinosaurs after Jurassic Park, an even stronger fascination that time. Tintin, a huge episode for me, as books, Tele-series and now a major motion picture. Lion King comes as a journey , first as books, then the sequel in VHS format, Lion King itself in DVD 10 years after and now I have a Bluray version on my laptop. Times have changed. I'm humbly satisfied that I've improved myself with the technology.
You can find almost everything I've admired and tried my hand at, in my gallery. Some of them I've held on to for longer periods, some were passing by. My most admired works are from the Lion King. I believe it's because of the beauty of the characters as well as the ideas that they convey. In all of them what I admire the most is an original idea, to which even some of you have contributed. All of you know me for my Mufasa admiration. I believe it's also because of the ideas he believed in. I will continue my Mufasa campaign until all the Scar artists combined will plot to push me off a cliff.
I'm coming up on 300 watchers after a productive art year. It's a good year by all odds. I know most of you by your icons.

Be sure to keep up the good work, with your art. Because
May your good year and your drawing skills continue to improve!
