This is a scene from the deleted song, 'To Be King'. In this scene, Mufasa is drinking water while Simba is out of the frame getting on an elephant's nerves. Zazu is groveling as usual while some birds are holding a large leaf to shade Mufasa. [Simba will come rocketing into the lake moments later]

Love the song, but also glad that it didn't make it to the final cut.

Finally...the little birds flew in. It is done. :)
